Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and client-focused Implementation Manager (SaaS) to oversee end-to-end deployment of our software solutions.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth implementation process, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilites:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation process of SaaS-based solutions for new clients.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Support) to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct client onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.
- Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and handover materials for ongoing support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to recommend feature enhancements based on client feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, software deployment, or client delivery management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription systems, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and system configurations is a huge plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in HRTech, FinTech, or ERP software implementation.
- Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools.
