We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in HR and recruitment, especially in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for various BPO roles via job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Support hiring strategies and help meet recruitment targets
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a evening shift (3 PM – 12 AM)
• Passionate about learning and growing in recruitment
Nice to Have:
• Prior internship or experience in BPO or recruitment
• Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn sourcing
