Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent to contribute to the success of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

    • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates to generate interest in job opportunities.
  2. Screening and Evaluation:

    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
  3. Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Gather feedback from interviewers and consolidate input for decision-making.
  4. Assessment and Selection:

    • Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  5. Offer Management:

    • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
    • Negotiate salary and other terms of employment.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress for management review.
    • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
