Appedology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager:
Recruit (Technical and Non-Technical) positions by preparing job descriptions and specifications, advertising vacancies on job portals, sourcing, screening, arranging assessments, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
Should have 03 to 05 years of BPO/Call Centre, Mass Hiring, or Software house experience.
Conducting interviews; making hiring recommendations based on the eligibility criteria provided.
Shortlist candidates as per job competencies together with the culture and core values of the organization.
Manage the smooth execution of the Onboarding Process with the newly hired employee.
Prepare and timely execution of job offers to the new inductee.
Headhunt on different recruitment platforms for sourcing talent for vacant positions, moreover build and maintain effective data sources through an internal CV database.
Complete documentation of all the new hires, and facilitate all new-hire orientations.
