Job Description

The Verification & Recovery Officer (Multi Task) will be responsible for claim verification and payment recovery operations by contacting insurance companies to verify claim information, adjuster details, and payment status. The role includes conducting payment follow-ups, maintaining system records, documenting activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing and payment recovery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic system knowledge, and the ability to manage verification and recovery tasks efficiently while meeting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact insurance companies to verify claim information, adjuster details, and claim status.
  • Conduct payment recovery follow-ups with insurance companies and relevant departments.
  • Review claim and payment statuses to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate system records and document follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding claims and payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
  • Manage verification and recovery tasks efficiently to achieve productivity targets.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved claim or payment issues when required.
  • Support workflow operations to ensure timely claim verification and payment resolution.
