Review medical and clinical records for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient’s care and medical liability.
Communicate with doctor’s offices, patients, and law offices to get and provide clinical and medical updates.
Release the documents to the law offices wherever required as per the requests or instructions.
Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy.
Create and maintain patient profiles and data as per client’s request.
Create patient’s clinical consultation documents where required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to make decisions and work diligently.
Eager to learn new things about the work and open to challenges.
Available full-time on night shift M-F.
