Key Responsibilities
Lead & manage the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
Oversee software architecture & system design to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
Implement Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
Manage distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices development.
Ensure application scalability, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Utilize cloud technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, etc.) for deployment.
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability.
Provide technical leadership & mentorship to the development team.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive decision-making for project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
? 5+ years of experience in software development with leadership responsibilities.
? Expertise in frontend & backend frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Django, PHP, etc.).
? Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and microservices.
? Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud computing.
? Deep knowledge of security best practices, authentication (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
? Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
? Experience in scaling applications and performance optimization.
