Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in international sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a global sales environment, with the ability to manage multiple sales teams efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market. The candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts to cater to international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams, ensuring peak performance and target achievement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular training and feedback.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and outreach strategies.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in sales processes, CRM, and customer engagement.

  • Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead multiple sales teams effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of global markets, sales techniques, and CRM software.

  • Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Availability to work night shifts (as per international market requirements).

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
