Report Analyst - Psychologist
Job Description
We’re hiring a licensed psychologist (or a qualified psychology professional) with strong clinical expertise and exceptional documentation skills. Experience in writing SOAP notes is mandatory, along with the ability to review therapy session recordings and generate accurate clinical documents and superbills.
What You’ll Do:
• Review therapy session recordings and transcriptions
• Prepare professional and accurate SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan)
• Create superbills for billing and insurance purposes
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Deliver completed documentation within required turnaround times
• Coordinate with the internal team for clarifications or missing details
You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience writing SOAP notes or similar clinical documentation (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of psychological terminology and therapeutic processes
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
