Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality standards are upheld across all healthcare-related
operations and data.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data collectors and
ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Coordinate with team managers to track and maintain the
progress of each collector.
• Create and maintain performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Submit reports to higher management in a timely and professional
manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve quality
issues.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the assigned time period.
• Attend team meetings and provide valuable QA insights to
improve overall productivity.
• Maintain a presentable and professional demeanor at all times.
• Be comfortable working on computers, CRMs, and reporting tools.
• Conduct periodic audits and analysis to identify trends and
suggest improvements.
• You can maintain hourly, daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
Job Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
