Role: Social Media & Employer Branding Executive
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-4 years in social media management & employer branding
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our employer brand
Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and more
Create compelling content (posts, images, videos) using Canva & Photoshop
Collaborate with HR to highlight company culture & employee stories
Plan and execute employer branding campaigns, job fairs, and events
Track social media performance and optimize for success
