As a Sales Executive at Appedology, you will be pivotal in driving our company's revenue growth by securing new clients and nurturing existing relationships. This role requires a proactive, motivated, and results-driven professional who excels in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Brief clients on product features, benefits, and available services. Tailor presentations to suit diverse client profiles and industry demands.
- Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain client records and sales activity trackers. Update customer interactions in the CRM database regularly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales targets and performance metrics. Report regularly to the Sales Manager with updates, trends, and necessary adjustments.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Use insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
- Client Retention: Follow up with clients regularly to ensure continued satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in healthcare for the US or any other country.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear articulation.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate win-win solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
