Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of IT/software house operations, and proven experience in client and account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage day-to-day client communications and build strong, lasting relationships.

  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for the development team.

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues proactively.

  • Maintain long-term client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

  • Provide regular updates to management regarding client account performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in client account management or client/project/product management (mandatory).

  • Minimum 6–12 months of experience in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of software house operations and IT services delivery.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior experience working with HR software solutions will be considered a major plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management systems.
