We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of IT/software house operations, and proven experience in client and account management.
Actively manage day-to-day client communications and build strong, lasting relationships.
Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for the development team.
Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
Maintain long-term client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Provide regular updates to management regarding client account performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in client account management or client/project/product management (mandatory).
Minimum 6–12 months of experience in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of software house operations and IT services delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Prior experience working with HR software solutions will be considered a major plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management systems.
