We are looking for a reliable, creative, and data-curious Content & SEO Executive to join our on-site digital marketing team. Bridging the gap between junior and mid-level, this role is perfect for a multi-tasker who loves hands-on execution and takes deep ownership of their work. Reporting directly to the Team Lead of Content & SEO, you will craft engaging copy, manage our daily social media presence, execute foundational SEO tasks, and report on the performance of these efforts. Key Responsibilities
???? Copywriting & Content Creation
Draft, edit, and publish clear and compelling copy for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, and social media.
Collaborate with the Team Lead to brainstorm content ideas that align with our marketing calendar and brand voice.
Repurpose existing long-form content into bite-sized pieces for various channels.
???? Social Media Management
Manage daily scheduling and publishing across our social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook).
Actively monitor channels to engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
???? SEO Execution
Assist the Team Lead with keyword research to identify new topics for our content calendar.
Implement on-page SEO best practices for all new and existing content (optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal links).
Assist with off-page SEO efforts, such as sending outreach emails for link-building campaigns.
???? Performance Reporting & Analytics
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports across SEO, Content, and Social Media using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and native social insights.
Track basic metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, social engagement, follower growth) and present findings clearly to the Team Lead.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Experience: 1–3 years of post-degree professional work experience in content creation, social media, or SEO (agency or in-house). Note: Internships completed during your studies do not count toward this requirement.
Reliability & Dependability: A proven track record of meeting strict deadlines, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
Writing Skills: Strong foundational writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar. (A portfolio or writing samples will be required).
Reporting Understanding: Comfortable extracting data to put together clear, organized performance reports.
Tech-Savvy: Experience working with CMS platforms (like WordPress), scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic design tools (like Canva).
Hiring Process & Assessment To ensure a mutual fit regarding skills and performance expectations, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief, time-bound practical assessment covering basic copywriting, social media strategy, and SEO reporting.
