Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing multi-platform ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google PPC, and Bing Ads. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive growth, improve ROI, and scale lead generation or e-commerce sales, depending on our objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize performance.

  • Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with design/content teams.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • Allocate and manage paid media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates across all major ad networks.

  • Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

  • Recommend and implement new campaign strategies based on data insights.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying and campaign management.

  • Proven expertise in managing:

    • LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.)

    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Conversion, Lead, Retargeting, etc.)

    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

    • Microsoft/Bing Ads

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience with ad tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • [Preferred] Experience with B2B SaaS / e-commerce (customize as needed).
