We are looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing multi-platform ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google PPC, and Bing Ads. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive growth, improve ROI, and scale lead generation or e-commerce sales, depending on our objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize performance.
Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with design/content teams.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Allocate and manage paid media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates across all major ad networks.
Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
Recommend and implement new campaign strategies based on data insights.
4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying and campaign management.
Proven expertise in managing:
LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Conversion, Lead, Retargeting, etc.)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Microsoft/Bing Ads
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
Experience with ad tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
