Appedology is looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Manager - Performance & Rewards to join our Human Resources department.

Position Overview: The Assistant Manager - Performance & Rewards will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing performance management and reward programs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, performance evaluation, and compensation strategies to support our goal of attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and performance calibration sessions.
Rewards Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of competitive reward and recognition programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of performance and rewards programs. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Benchmarking: Research and analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear and effective communications regarding performance and reward programs to employees at all levels.
Compliance: Ensure all performance and reward processes comply with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on performance and reward metrics to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in performance and reward systems. Lead or participate in related HR projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
Proven experience in performance management and rewards within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with performance management tools and platforms.
Familiarity with employee engagement and recognition programs.
Project management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
