We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to join our medical documentation team. The role involves reviewing clinical records, ensuring document accuracy, and coordinating with healthcare and legal professionals. This is a night shift position ideal for candidates eager to learn, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling sensitive healthcare data.
Review medical and clinical records for quality assurance and precision, identifying and correcting errors that may impact patient care or legal outcomes.
Communicate with doctors' offices, patients, and law firms to gather or provide clinical and medical information.
Release medical documents to law offices as per approved requests or instructions.
Ensure high standards of grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and correct use of medical terminology.
Create and maintain accurate patient profiles and medical data as per client requirements.
Draft clinical consultation documents when needed, adhering to format and content standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills and a diligent work ethic.
Willingness to learn new processes and take on challenges.
Availability to work full-time night shifts (Monday to Friday).
