Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our AI team and lead the development of intelligent systems across various domains, including language models, RAG pipelines, and deployment-ready solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in machine learning, LLMs/VLMs, and strong backend and DevOps skills. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and ready to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

  • Implement document ingestion strategies, chunking pipelines, and RAG/Graph-RAG architectures

  • Extend and optimize agent-based frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack

  • Work on NLP tasks like summarization, classification, and information retrieval

  • Build and expose ML models through Flask APIs for integration

  • Containerize and deploy models using Docker & Kubernetes on GPU-backed infrastructure

  • Collaborate with US-based clients weekly to align technical direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

  • Strong foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and system design

  • Solid understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability

Core Technical Skills:

  • ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX

  • Model Techniques: Transfer learning, model compression, neural network training

  • LLM/VLM Handling: OpenAI, open-source models, hands-on with fine-tuning

  • RAG Techniques: Document ingestion, chunking, RAG and Graph-RAG

  • Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack

  • NLP Tasks: Text classification, summarization

  • Tooling: Python (expert), Git, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Deployment: Model serving on GPU-backed infrastructure

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)

  • Experience with ASR (speech-to-text) or OCR

  • Exposure to streamlit or Gradio for rapid prototyping

Key Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity for emerging AI techniques

  • Excellent communication skills (English)  especially for US client calls

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
