The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and enthusiastic, and have demonstrated experience in customer service, particularly within a performance-driven environment. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in call centers/BPOs and basic IT proficiency (Ms. Excel and MS Office, etc.). Job Requirements: Outstanding English communication skills are a must. Strong negotiation ability is required. Previous experience in Sales/BPO is essential.
