Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred)
Career Level: Mid-Level
Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or HR software)
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000/month (base, based on experience) + commissions & bonuses

We are hiring two dynamic Sales Executives to expand our B2B client base in Karachi. As part of the Sales VM department, you will promote CultureHCM’s HCM platform and help businesses solve HR challenges with tailored technology solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with SaaS or HR software sales experience who thrive in a target-driven environment with strong earning potential.
Identify and pursue new B2B client opportunities with the Business Development Manager
Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and run tailored software demos
Understand clients’ HR needs (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll) and match them with platform features
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and manage pipelines using CRM tools
Build strong client relationships to ensure conversions and retention
Track sales activities, client feedback, and market insights for strategy building
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while collaborating with the team
1–4 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or HR software
Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee management)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) for local and international clients
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured B2B sales cycles
Ability to explain technical features in simple business-focused terms
Prior experience with HRMS/HCM platforms
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (customer retention, revenue growth)
Background in tech or software companies in Pakistan
Sales certifications or training
Results-driven with a strong target focus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Persuasive and confident in client interactions
Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/clients
Collaborative, adaptable, and open to learning
