Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and the motivation to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell company products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through strategic cold calling and follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
