We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Manage the reception area and greet visitors, employees, and candidates professional
Handle all admin-related queries and ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.
Manage and issue hair coupons, gate passes, and maintain relevant logs.
Assist HR by attending candidates, guiding them for interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
Maintain visitor records, candidate logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and forward queries to the relevant departments.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Admin functions.
Ensure front desk cleanliness, discipline, and smooth flow of operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
