We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our software engineering teams across full-cycle development. This leadership role involves architectural planning, hands-on coding reviews, DevOps integration, and strategic alignment with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, people management skills, and the ability to scale systems and teams effectively.
Lead software development teams through the complete SDLC
Architect scalable, modular, and secure platforms using modern design patterns
Balance team leadership with hands-on technical decision-making
Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead code reviews
Drive the implementation of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and GitOps
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and business teams to prioritize and deliver features
Conduct architecture reviews, technical due diligence, and proof-of-concepts
Plan and monitor development sprints using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security compliance
Ensure alignment between engineering roadmaps and business objectives
Proven experience in leading software development teams
Strong background in system architecture and scalable solution design
Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming (Python, PHP, C#, Node.js, etc.)
Hands-on experience in deploying cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Architecture & Design: Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems

Experience in multi-region deployments or enterprise-level system scaling
Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
Prior experience managing hybrid or cross-functional development teams
