We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Report Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, structuring, and finalizing medical reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation. This role assists physicians and medical-legal professionals in maintaining clear documentation standards and organized report workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Report Review & Editing

  • Transform unstructured or disorganized medical reports into clear, coherent, and professionally formatted documents.
  • Ensure logical flow, accuracy, and readability of all medical narratives and findings.
  • Identify inconsistencies or missing information and flag them for clarification.

Physician Coordination & Report Walkthrough

  • Connect with physicians to review report templates and completed reports.
  • Explain report structure, sections, and required elements.
  • Provide constructive suggestions to improve clarity, compliance, and completeness.
  • Support physicians in efficiently entering examination findings and conclusions.

Patient History Documentation

  • Conduct structured interviews with patients (when applicable) to gather comprehensive medical and occupational histories.
  • Align and format patient histories in Word documents with clear chronology and professional presentation.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of collected information.

Communication & Information Gathering

  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to obtain accurate and relevant details from patients and medical professionals.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Document Formatting & Quality Control

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for formatting, structuring, and finalizing medical reports.
  • Maintain consistency in headings, tables, fonts, and templates.
