Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an AI/R&D Lead to spearhead advanced AI research and experimentation projects. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on machine learning engineering with a strong research mindset, contributing to both product innovation and exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies. This is a senior role that requires working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and benchmarking frameworks, while collaborating directly with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research initiatives and rapid prototyping of AI architectures and hybrid models

  • Read, analyze, and implement state-of-the-art research papers from arXiv and other academic sources

  • Evaluate models using modern benchmarking frameworks (ELO, HELM, TruthfulQA, MM-Bench, etc.)

  • Guide the development and deployment of LLM-powered systems using RAG, chunking, and agent frameworks

  • Mentor team members and contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap

  • Communicate technical outcomes effectively to US-based clients on regular calls

  • Oversee model deployment on GPU-backed infrastructure using DevOps tools

Requirements:

  • Experienced professional with a background in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, system design, and advanced statistics

  • Proven ability to bridge research and practical implementation in AI environments

Core Technical Skills:

  • ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX

  • LLMs & RAG: Document chunking, Graph-RAG, Retrieval pipelines

  • Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack

  • NLP: Summarization, classification, conversational AI

  • Python (expert level), Flask APIs, Git

  • Model deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, GPU-based environments

  • Benchmarking: HELM, ELO, TruthfulQA, MM-Bench, etc.

  • Research: arXiv paper implementation, hybrid model development

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with evaluation tools and frameworks for multi-modal and generative AI

  • Exposure to ASR, OCR, or speech-to-text systems

  • Familiarity with LangGraph or custom workflow runtimes
