About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful International Technical Recruiter to join our team on a hybrid, part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top technical talent across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global recruitment strategies, technical roles, and the latest sourcing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across international markets.

  • Utilize global job boards, social platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing tools to find high-quality talent.

  • Collaborate with international clients or internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, focusing on both technical and communication skills.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.

  • Maintain detailed records of all candidates and recruitment activities using ATS and CRM tools.

  • Stay informed about international hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance considerations.

  • Coordinate with global time zones as needed during working hours.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical or international recruitment.

  • Solid understanding of global technology stacks, job roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists), and hiring trends.

  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with remote teams.
