We are looking for an experienced and resourceful International Technical Recruiter to join our team on a hybrid, part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top technical talent across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global recruitment strategies, technical roles, and the latest sourcing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across international markets.
Utilize global job boards, social platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing tools to find high-quality talent.
Collaborate with international clients or internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, focusing on both technical and communication skills.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
Maintain detailed records of all candidates and recruitment activities using ATS and CRM tools.
Stay informed about international hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance considerations.
Coordinate with global time zones as needed during working hours.
2+ years of experience in technical or international recruitment.
Solid understanding of global technology stacks, job roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists), and hiring trends.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with remote teams.
