The Multi-Tasking Personnel will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple functions within the OBS Department. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks including documentation, data entry, coordination, and client communication support.
The individual will ensure smooth daily operations by assisting different teams, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process efficiency and client satisfaction.
Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks as assigned by department management.
Assist in data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
Support client-related activities such as preparing reports, responding to basic inquiries, and maintaining workflow documentation.
Handle routine correspondence, filing, and scheduling tasks.
Track and report daily activities and performance metrics as required.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and client standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance departmental efficiency.
Education:
Intermediate or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar multi-functional role.
Prior experience in a BPO or corporate office environment preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Proposed Salary Range: 60k – 100k depending on the experience level.
