Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across the United States.
- Identify qualified business opportunities and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Build rapport with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Effectively handle objections while maintaining a professional and consultative sales approach.
- Accurately document all activities and interactions using HubSpot CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and appointment-setting targets.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate, A-Level, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must have completed their education. Applicants who are currently enrolled in academic programs or pursuing regular studies will not be considered, as this is a full-time role requiring complete professional commitment.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM is preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone
