Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Entry / Data Management Executive to support our operations through accurate data handling, organization, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Microsoft Excel (including formulas such as VLOOKUP) and a keen eye for accuracy to ensure the integrity of all data-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the database and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare, organize, and clean data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Use Excel functions (including VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, etc.) to manage and cross-check data efficiently.
- Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect and validate data as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with formulas, lookups, and data formatting).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
