Customer Support Executive – Bilingual (English–Spanish)

Job Description

This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via phone and electronic systems
  • - Communicate clearly with Spanish- and English-speaking patients regarding appointment details, preparation instructions, and follow-ups
  • - Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility when scheduling
  • - Coordinate schedules with providers, clinics, and medical staff to optimize availability
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling system
  • - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • - Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • - Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • - High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare-related education is a plus)
  • - Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, medical front desk, or call center preferred
  • - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
