Job Summary:

The Trainer Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs that improve employee skills, enhance productivity, and align with the company’s goals. This role ensures that both new and existing employees are well-trained in product knowledge, communication, sales techniques, and company processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads.

  • Design and deliver induction, soft skills, product, and process training sessions.

  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.

  • Support continuous learning culture by identifying skill gaps and recommending solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic LMS (Learning Management System) tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Train-the-Trainer).

  • Creative and adaptable approach to content delivery.
