Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in US Healthcare with extensive knowledge in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medical healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance, support, and training to our team and clients. This is a night shift position, ensuring coverage and support during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge and insights on US healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Utilize extensive experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) to guide and support healthcare providers and clients.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on EHR systems and healthcare processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Provide support for healthcare-related queries and issues during night shift hours.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in US healthcare and EHR systems.
• Analyze and interpret healthcare data to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving EHR-related issues and concerns.
• Document and report on healthcare processes, system improvements, and training outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of [2] years of experience in US healthcare with a strong focus on EHR systems.
• In-depth understanding of US healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions and providing expert guidance on EHR systems.

• Ability to work effectively during night shift hours.
• Proficiency in using various EHR systems and healthcare management software.
