We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of business development, customer support, lead generation, and cross-functional assistance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at managing diverse responsibilities while ensuring client satisfaction and supporting business growth.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and research.
Engage with prospects and follow up to convert opportunities into clients.
Support marketing campaigns and negotiate effectively with clients.
Customer Support & Communication
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, addressing client queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Proactively follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolutions.
Cross-Functional & Administrative Support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
Assist in document management, data entry, and client assignments.
Provide support to team members to help achieve deadlines and operational goals.
Education: A-Level preferred (Graduates encouraged to apply).
Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven customer service (CSR) or business development experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
