Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily
  2. Send personalized and bulk email outreach campaigns
  3. Identify and qualify potential prospects
  4. Pitch services clearly and confidently in initial conversations
  5. Handle objections and gatekeepers effectively
  6. Book qualified appointments / demos for closers
  7. Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls and emails
  8. Update CRM with accurate notes and lead status
  9. Work on lead lists, data cleaning, and targeting
  10. Collaborate with sales/marketing to improve outreach
  11. Daily Activity Expectations
  12. 150+ calls per day
  13. 80+ emails / follow-ups
  14. Consistent pipeline updates in CRM
  15. Minimum daily/weekly appointment targets
