Answer all incoming calls on English/Spanish lines and on the company designated individual line
Assist patients calling in for inquires, forms, changes in their appointments, etc.
Assist professionals calling for patient information, reports, peerto-peer requests, other medical or legal matters,
Provide information to callers about their appointments, etc.,
Help callers with change in appointments, etc.,
Manage incoming and sending call transfers,
Maintain a good level of quality and professionalism in dealing with people on the call.
Call out/send messages for confirmation of appointments or for information/history gathering
Professionalism protocols will be in place, which will include but will not be limited to
Attendance, the presence on the floor is essential for this job,
Punctuality, since missed time has negative consequences for the client,
Professional Attire, not to be less than semicasual with Fridays being the casual days for dress,

Report all work and results as instructed in whatever system and form required
Job Skill
Must have a decent knowledge of Google and MS Office usage.Must read and speak Spanish clearly. Should be able to write in English what's heard in Spanish.
