The ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven ability to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and drive deals to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rugged, high-volume cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through persistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Effectively pitch services, handle objections, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Book meetings and set appointments with decision-makers to advance the sales process.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospect interactions and sales progress in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.

    • Design Sales
    • E-Book Sales
    • Software Sales
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive deals to closure.
  • Exceptional conversational abilities with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle pressure, work independently, and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum O/A Levels education or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and prospecting techniques.
