We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with a strong focus on B2B marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase qualified traffic, and drive lead generation for our B2B projects.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis specifically for B2B markets.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with lead generation goals.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content structure for B2B user journeys.
Collaborate with content writers to create high-quality, keyword-rich content that resonates with B2B audiences.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing, schema markup).
Build and manage link-building campaigns focused on authority-building in niche B2B sectors.
Analyze and report on SEO performance KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rates, time on site, and lead conversions.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and B2B digital marketing best practices.
2–5 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise services, or other B2B verticals is highly preferred.
Experience with international/multilingual SEO.
Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and demand generation strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
