Position Summary:
As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll create engaging content, manage paid campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure our brand is consistently represented and our services reach the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

  • Create and schedule engaging, relevant content tailored for each platform.

  • Monitor trends and adjust strategy based on performance metrics and analytics.

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create cohesive visuals and messaging.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or healthcare-related fields.

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with other platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.

  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical billing, or virtual assistant services is highly preferred.
