Appedology Pvt Ltd is Hiring – AI/R&D Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/R&D Lead with a strong foundation in computer science, machine learning, and deep learning. The ideal candidate should have expertise in:

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Proficiency in mathematics and statistics
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
• Expertise in training and fine-tuning neural networks, transfer learning, and model compression

LLMs, VLMs & NLP

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs)
• Knowledge of RAG & Graph RAG (document ingestion, chunking strategies)
• Background in text classification and summarization
• Experience with agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack)

Tooling & Deployment

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, GIT, Flask (for APIs)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization
• Model deployment on GPU-backed infrastructure

Research & Experimentation

• Ability to read and implement recent research papers from arXiv
• Familiarity with benchmarking frameworks (ELO scores, HELM, TruthfulQA, MM-Bench)
• Rapid prototyping of custom architectures and hybrid models
