We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support the HR department in managing the complete employee life cycle. The role involves handling onboarding, documentation, employee records, resignation processes, and HR data audits. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR operations.
Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including orientation and documentation.
Prepare and issue resignation acceptance emails and manage the offboarding process.
Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the execution of the employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding).
Conduct HR data audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters.
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Provide support in employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations.
Knowledge of employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
