Appedology PVT LTD. is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of Talent Acquisition Officer
Evening shift i.e. 3pm-12am)
- Recruit (technical and non-technical) positions by preparing job descriptions and specifications, advertise vacancies on job portals, sourcing, screening, arrange assessments, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, candidate’s follow ups.
- Must have a BPO/Call Centre, Mass hiring or Software house experience
- Conducting initial screening interviews; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
- Shortlist candidates as per job competencies together with culture and core values of organization.
- Manage the smooth execution of the Onboarding process with the newly hired employee.
- Manage complete database of CV’s, applicant forms, call log, interview schedule sheet etc.
- Prepare and timely execution of job offer to the new inductee.
- Headhunt on different recruitment platforms for sourcing talent for vacant positions, moreover build and maintain effective data sources through internal CV database.
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Compile and update employee records and recruitment records (hard and soft copies).
- Complete documentation of all the new hires.
- Develop and facilitate all new-hire orientations.
- Gather and maintain personnel records from all employees from each department.
