We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Upwork and Guru Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing projects in key areas including website development, medical billing, and digital marketing. This role requires expertise in freelancing platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Maintain and optimize company profiles on Upwork and Guru to ensure maximum visibility and credibility. Project Scouting: Identify relevant projects in website development, medical billing, and digital marketing that align with the company's services. Bidding and Proposal Writing: Craft compelling and customized proposals, highlighting the company’s expertise to secure projects effectively. Client Communication: Initiate and maintain strong communication with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service. Negotiation: Handle project terms, budgets, and deadlines professionally to achieve win-win outcomes for clients and the company. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, billing specialists, marketing teams) to deliver client projects on time and within scope. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and project demands to enhance bidding strategies. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on proposals, success rates, and revenue generated from freelancing platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork and Guru, specifically in website development, medical billing, and digital marketing domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to draft professional, tailored proposals that resonate with client needs. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with tools like project management software, CRMs, and communication platforms. Understanding of technical aspects of web development, industry standards in medical billing, and digital marketing strategies is a significant advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting targets independently. Preferred Skills: Proven expertise and success in using Upwork and Guru platforms for lead generation and project acquisition. Strong understanding of freelancing platform algorithms and bidding strategies. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns for digital marketing is a plus. Awareness of medical billing processes, RCM, and related software. Basic understanding of modern website development tools, frameworks, and CMS platforms.
