Responsibilities:

• Review workers' compensation case files to determine if they are ready for a DOR to be filed with the WCAB.
• Ensure that all required documentation is present in the file, including medical reports, medical bills, and relevant correspondence.
• Review all relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, including the Application for Adjudication of Claim, the Declaration of Readiness to Proceed, and all supporting documentation.
• Communicate with the supervisor as needed to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case activity, including document reviews, communications, and deadlines.
