We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Intern to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate will support the C&B team in payroll processes, benefits administration, and data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, learning agility, and a disciplined approach to work. The internship is designed to assess overall suitability for long-term placement within the C&B vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the C&B team in payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Support data entry and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Maintain documentation related to employee compensation, benefits, and other HR records.
Prepare reports and presentations for the C&B team as required.
Follow internal SOPs and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.
Excellent communication and professional conduct.
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.
Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
