JOB DESCRIPTION:
The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of billing processes and documentation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist for Billing, will work closely with the billing team to identify and rectify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
We prioritize transitioning our existing employees to the QA department, when necessary, as they possess expertise in medical billing and documentation. It's simpler for us to train them in QA tasks than to hire external resources.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
