Software Sales Service Executive - International

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing International Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by selling software development services to international markets (US, UK, Europe, GCC, and other target regions). This role is focused on building a strong sales pipeline, converting qualified opportunities into signed contracts, and expanding long-term client relationships for enterprise solutions, web platforms, and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with proven B2B services sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

International Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets (US, UK, Europe, GCC, etc.)
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, referrals, and freelancing platforms
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (video/calls) to understand business needs and project scope
  • Pitch company capabilities and propose suitable solutions (enterprise software, web apps, mobile apps, AI/automation)

Sales Cycle Ownership (Lead ? Close)

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting ? qualification ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure
  • Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to prepare proposals, estimates, timelines, and solution documents
  • Create and deliver presentations, demos, and capability decks tailored to client needs
  • Handle pricing discussions, commercial terms, and contract negotiation to close deals

Account Growth & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through consistent follow-ups and value-based communication
  • Maintain client satisfaction through smooth handover to delivery and periodic engagement post-sale
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (enhancements, support, new modules, maintenance retainers)
  • Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

Market Research & Sales Operations

  • Research target industries, market trends, and competitor offerings to improve positioning
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, and forecasting data
  • Track KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss analysis
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance updates for management

Collaboration & Internal Enablement

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, PMO, and Leadership to align on offerings and delivery capabilities
  • Share market/client feedback to improve service packages, messaging, and proposals
  • Contribute to refining pricing models, case studies, portfolios, and sales collateral

Required Skills & Experience

Sales & Business Skills

  • Proven experience in international B2B software services sales (IT services/software house)
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales
  • Ability to communicate clearly with overseas clients via calls, meetings, and emails
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, presentations, objection handling, and closing
  • Ability to write professional proposals, scope outlines, and commercial responses (RFP/RFQ)

Technical Awareness (Must-Have)

  • Working understanding of SDLC and how software projects are delivered
  • Familiarity with web/mobile technologies, APIs, and cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams for accurate estimation and proposals
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)

 

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience selling HRMS/HCM, ERP, CRM, or AI-based solutions
  • Existing network in international markets (US/UK/EU/GCC)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar outreach tools
  • Experience responding to RFPs and building enterprise proposals
  • Understanding of basic contract structures (SOW/MSA/NDA) and international payment models

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in international software services sales (flexible based on performance)
  • Prior experience in a software house / IT services company is preferred
