We are seeking a skilled Lead Copywriter & Content Strategist to produce high-quality written content across a multi-brand marketing portfolio. This role focuses on creating compelling, well-structured content including long-form articles, marketing copy, campaign messaging, email sequences, and social media copy.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined and versatile writer who understands that effective copy is both creative and strategic. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content aligned with each brand’s voice and audience.
Produce well-researched long-form content including blogs, articles, guides, and thought leadership pieces.
Adapt writing style and tone to match the voice of multiple brands.
Develop content from strategic briefs provided by the marketing team.
Ensure factual accuracy, readability, and strong narrative structure.
Revise and refine drafts based on editorial feedback.
Write persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Develop headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
Produce email copy for newsletters, campaign mailers, and drip sequences.
Write social media captions and advertising copy tailored to platform audiences.
Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.
Manage ad-hoc copy requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain organized documentation of drafts, revisions, and approved content assets.
Contribute to building and maintaining brand copy guidelines and tone-of-voice documentation.
Deliver assignments on schedule while maintaining consistent quality.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in content writing and copywriting.
Demonstrated ability to write across multiple brand voices and industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing long-form editorial content, campaign copy, and marketing writing.
Exceptional written English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Required
Microsoft Word and Google Docs (collaborative editing, formatting, track changes)
Experience working with at least one CMS (WordPress or HubSpot)
Comfortable using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or similar for drafting and ideation
Nice to Have
Grammarly or editorial style guide familiarity (AP, Chicago)
Experience with HubSpot content hub or SEO meta fields
Basic Canva usage for copy placement review
Familiarity with Figma for reviewing layouts with design teams
