Job Summary: The Personal Injury (PI) Resource is responsible for managing personal injury cases by coordinating with law firms, insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and internal teams. The role includes monitoring case progress, following up on outstanding claims and settlements, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting timely billing and collections. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned Personal Injury cases and monitor their progress.
  • Communicate with law firms, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims, settlements, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and case updates using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support billing, collections, and lien-related activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and compliance with client requirements.
