The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling CRM systems, Salesforce solutions, and HR software, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for SaaS products including CRM, Salesforce-based solutions, and HR software.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in CRM, Salesforce, or HR software solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client interaction and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
