Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the finance department by providing comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer strategic insights to aid in effective decision-making. The Financial Analyst will also contribute to budgeting processes, financial modeling, and other ad-hoc financial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes
2. Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
3. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
4. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
5. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
3. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
